Aaron Grymes is a Canadian football defensive back who has played for various teams in the Canadian Football League (CFL) and the National Football League (NFL). Grymes' professional football career began in 2009 when he signed with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers of the CFL. He spent three seasons with the Blue Bombers before moving to the Calgary Stampeders in 2012.

Grymes played four seasons with the Stampeders, winning the Grey Cup championship in 2014. In 2016, he signed with the Philadelphia Eagles of the NFL. He played one season with the Eagles before returning to the CFL in 2017, signing with the BC Lions.

Grymes' CFL Career

In 2019, Grymes returned to the Edmonton Elks, where he played for two seasons before retiring in 2021. Throughout his CFL career, Grymes was a standout defensive back, earning multiple All-Star selections and winning the CFL's Most Outstanding Defensive Player Award in 2014. He also represented Canada at the international level, playing in the 2011 and 2015 Pan American Games.
